Returns and exchanges are easy! Contact your cabi Stylist within 30 days of your order delivery to let her know you’d like to make a return or exchange and she’ll create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for you.

 

What return shipping method can I use to send items back to cabi?

In the US:

  • Pre-paid UPS Label: Returns can be shipped at any UPS Store, placed in a UPS drop box, or given to a UPS driver. The package arrives at cabi within two weeks and is traceable and insured.
  • Pre-paid US Postal Service Label: Returns can be shipped at a local post office, placed in a US Postal Service drop box, or given to a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier. Package arrives at cabi within three weeks. Package is traceable and is not insured.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

In Canada:

  • Pre-paid Canada Post Label: Print and affix your Canada Post label to your package, and drop it off at a local Canada Post office or give it to a Canada Post mail carrier.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

In the U.K.:

  • Pre-paid U.K. Label: Print and affix your label to your package, and drop it off at a local post office.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

 

What is the return shipping fee?

When using one of cabi’s pre-paid return shipping options, a flat $5 (USD) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, this return shipping fee will be waived if:

  • An item is exchanged for the same item in a different size or color.
  • An item is returned for a refund and a new order is placed within 7 days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was created.

 

If I decide to do an exchange, where I send my item back for processing and then cabi sends out the new item, when will I receive my new item?

The new item will be delivered to you within 10-13 business days from when the original item is received and processed at cabi.

 

How will I receive my refund?

  • If your order was paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
  • If your order was paid by cabi Gift Card, a refund will go back onto the cabi Gift Card.
  • If the payment on the original order was split between a credit card and a cabi Gift Card, the entire refund will be issued to the credit card.

 

Shipping Rates

Where does cabi ship?

  • If you’re purchasing from a U.S. Stylist, cabi ships via UPS to all 50 states and Washington DC. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, international, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you’re purchasing from a Canadian Stylist, cabi ships via Landmark Global to all provinces except Québec. Cabi will not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you’re purchasing from a U.K. Stylist, cabi ships via Landmark Global to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Cabi won’t deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Ireland.

 

What are your shipping rates?

  • Orders placed at a show, or added to the show online and shipped to the Hostess, will receive free shipping. (Special rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and the U.K.)
  • Orders placed online or through a Stylist that are independent from a show incur a $7.50 USD fee, plus $.50 USD for each additional item, $5 CAD fee per item, for a total of $25 CAD, or £3 GBR per item, for a total of £15 GBP. Expedited shipping methods are available for customers purchasing in the U.S.
  • Cabi covers the shipping cost for even exchanges, as well as new orders placed within 7 days of a return.
  • All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped standard via UPS 2nd Day Air, and will incur special delivery charges.
