valentine’s day: date night outfit + destination ideas

February 9, 2017

Valentine’s Day, one of the most romantic days of the year, is almost here! By now you most likely have big plans set in stone, but have you figured out what to wear? Don’t worry ladies, we’ve got two super stylish bloggers who are going to dish on their favorite Spring 2017 items they’re wearing and even their go-to date ideas for the big night!

Check out Le Fab Chic here.

Describe your look:The name says it all! The Flirt Skirt and Flirt Cami are the perfect combo for a Valentine’s Day look. I love the soft jersey lining underneath because it makes the outfit comfortable for wearing on a date. I layered the Flirt set with the Grand Slam Blazer for added warmth. Gold jewelry complements the buttons on the blazer and adds a glam finishing touch with the Lock & Key Necklace, Lock & Key Bracelet, and Riviera Necklace.”
What are your plans? My perfect Los Angeles date night spot is The Grove because there’s so much to do. Have a romantic French dinner at Ladurèe and then go to the movies.”

Describe your look:For a Valentine’s date night with my fiancé Rick, I want to keep my outfit romantic, chic, and comfortable. The Zip Skinny is the perfect starting point to build an outfit around. I like to add a little pop of color and the La-Di-Da Blouse has that perfect amount of romantic blush tone, especially paired with my blush floral heels—almost like they were made for each other! You can never tell if a restaurant is going to be too cold or not, so I always bring a light sweater along…the Windbreaker Cardigan is the perfect addition to this look. I topped everything off with some gorgeous gold accessories including the Riviera Necklace and the Lock & Key Bracelet. Rick’s face when I stepped out in this outfit was priceless! That’s when you know you have a keeper!”
What are your plans?I am a native San Diegan and Rick and I have a few local favorite spots we like to go for date nights. One of our absolute favorites is Old Venice in Point Loma. The wine and Italian food is divine. The low lighting and candlelight really sets the mood.”
