Pretty Prints for Spring

April 14, 2015

A stunning print can elevate your entire look. Each season, new prints and patterns define style trends, and this spring is no different. We’re seeing stripes, florals, and geometric shapes on everything from tops to shoes—and the common theme is that they are bold! Whether they are micro-sized or large scale, colorful prints are making a big statement this spring. If you think you can’t wear prints, think again! We’ve put together a few outfits with some of spring’s hottest prints, so go ahead, freshen up your look and create a signature style that’s all your own.

Stripe it Rich

Classic, simple, and never goes out of style, the stripe is always fresh and on-trend. Go bold, go subtle, go thick or thin—you simply can’t go wrong. These three tops all have their own unique twist on the classic stripe.

How do you take a classic floral and give it a modern edge? Make it large scale. This look was featured on all the runways and looks great on everyone. Here’s a style tip—keep your jewelry big and bold to match the scale.

Scattered About

Textures, and patterns, and color … oh my! Mix it up, don’t match it up! Get creative and think outside the box. The trick is keeping patterns in the same color and size family to make your look cohesive and polished.

Line Up Pattern

Zig, then zag with lines that connect in all the right places. Create a thematic look using black and white or pink hues. The key is to carry your theme from top to bottom and throw on some great jewelry to add interest.
